    3. Hi all. Sorry I sent my "subscribe" notice to the entire list--Apparently the link I followed gave me the wrong address to subscribe to. Just a bit about myself, I have been tracing my roots (and my husbands) and it seems like atleast 3 sides of my tree lived in Harrison county, Missouri, so I am hoping to find a few cousins out there to exchange information with. I had a great great grandfather, George Meek Stephens born in Eagleville, Harrison County, Missouri in 1867. And the Elkins and Wards I am related to are mostly in the Harrison County Area. On my husbands side, the Smiths, have been here for more than 150 years. (Arelssia "Alta" Hook was born in Harrison county, and married John Wesley Smith in 1910. Alta and John were my husbands great grandparents). And he has Shain/Coots/Gillispie roots too. So, do I have any relation out there? Stacy

    3. Stacy, There are a lot of Wards living in Harrison Co, Mo. and have lived in the area around Gilman City, Mo for a long time.
