    3. My sister-in-law is one of the Wards (Ratliff) from the Gilman City area. As far as I have every been able to figure out, the Gilman Wards are not related to the Eagleville Wards, the New Hampton Wards, or the Mt. Moriah-Cainsville Wards. I just borrowed a history of the Gilman Wards which I haven't had time to look at, yet. Maybe more later. You will find some Gillespies listed in my GEDCOM file. They are all from the south part of Harrison County. Probably not the same ones you are looking for. I see your email is at 'grm.net'. You apparently live fairly close to the area you are talking about. A good place to start would be at the Harrison County Genealogy Society (http://www.rootsweb.com/~moharris/hcgen.html) in Bethany. (Arelssia "Alta" Hook was born in Harrison county, and married John Wesley Smith in 1910. Alta and John were my husbands great grandparents). 3. Here is a quick rundown of the Wards I have in my tree (the "m" means married and the "=" is the name of the child they had) Martin Van Buren Ward m. Nov 28, 1869 to Nancy Jane Williams.=Albert W. Ward(b. 3/21/1882 d. 9/?/1961) m. 10/1/1902 to Sylvia Elkins =Ester Ruth Ward (b. June 6, 1914) m. Raymond George Stone. Ester and Raymond are/were my great grandparents. On the Elkin side I can go back much farther (to Drury Elkins b. about 1760). Thank you Kevin for the site, I will check it out later today.
