That would be at the H.C. Courthouse, Bethany, MO 64424. However, the courthouse burned in 1874, so what is available is very limited. Death records after 1910 are at the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, Jefferson City, MO, 65101. Sorry, I can't find the street address. Good luck.
