Hi Barbra, Excite.com subcontracts for many larger companies. Comcast, my Cable/Broadband provider has re-routed our service through a temporary server and is working to establish a more permenent server. According to information they sent, some kind of temporary deal was struck and I will be reconfigured to another server in the near future. Money talks! I'll be glad when it happens. Right now I'm only running at about 28,600K to 56K when it should be a dedicated 128K+. Very fast! Cox and AT&T also use Excite.com and they are the ones most affected. I'm sure they are the ones bouncing. I think AT&T was cut off altogether. It must be a real challenge with the bounces.
