Hi Jean. As of right now, I don't have a Archelus, Prior/Pryor Smith (or an Anderson Smith) in my tree. But that doesn't mean they weren't there. I will keep an eye out for them, and if I "run into them" I will let you know. On my Smith's I can go back to Richard "Dick" Monroe Smith (b. to ?Simon Peter and Mary Smith? on Aug. 12, 1854 d. Jan 13, 1908 bur. Kidwell Cemtery. He married Laurilla Russell (dau. of James and Sara {Cain} Russell). They had 9 children : James, Simmie, John Wesley , Otta, Oakley Leoran, Charles Freeman, Hattie Agnes, Vada Ellen, and Russell Mon Roe Smith. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
