County Clerk has some birth records from 1883 to 1893. I know these are not complete, as I know of someone who, during WWII, had to get his older sister, and a minister to write affidavits to the effect of his birth, in order to get a birth certificate. After 1910 they can be obtained at the State Bureau of Vital Statistics in Jefferson City. Hopefully, someone will respond with more recent information. Barbra
