His parents were Uriah C and Sarah Jane Hamilton Blue. He was married to Harriet Carmer and they had a son Charles. He is reported to have been living with Basil Power family in the 70s. I am curious how he came to be living there. Was Charles alive? Did he marry and have a family? Russell was half brother to my ggreat grandfather, Clem. Any help would be much appreciated.
