They may have settled in Mercer County, Missouri for a short time before settling in Grundy County, Missouri where they are buried at the Spickard Masonic Cemetery. Johnson and Nancy JOINER had at least three sons and three daughters: William JOINER, Mary JOINER RIDDLE, Andrew John JOINER, Ann JOINER EVANS, Arne Herron JOINER and Harvey JOINER.
