Dec 23, 1851. Son of Robartus L Thompson. Worked at the Springfield Press in Greene Co from 1929 thru 1933. Went to St Louis to work on Several books, to include "Missouri Democracy" with William Rufus Jackson, postmaster. His second marriage was to Charlotte Beard on Apr 9, 1902.
