Baldwin, born 1868 Indiana, Hancock County. I don't know too much about him except that he was married to Clara Bell Devers abt 1910. He worked for the Railroad at the time he was married to Clara. He was a womanizer and came and went from her home in Carthage, Missouri, Jasper County enough times to produce 5 children. He left her for good shortly after the birth of Clara's last son in 1920. Clara spread the story around that Charles had died, I guess she was trying to save her dignity, but he was alive until the 50's or 60's and living in Springfield, Missouri, according to one of my cousins. I'm trying to find out who his parents were and where they came from for Genealogy purposes only. I would appreciate any help in my quest to find out about my Grandfather. Thanks Eva Haven
