Now therefore in order to correct said conveyance and assure by proper conveyance to said G. M. Freeman his heirs and assigns according to our said contract with said G. M. Freeman we the said John S. and Henrietta in lieu of said erronous {sic} conveyance for and in consideration of said sum of four hundred dollars so paid to us by the said G. M. Freeman do by these presents Grant, bargain and sell, to said G. M.
