Haden, Emelett Fulbright, wife of Daniel N. Fulbright, Joseph J. Weaver, Ripley Weaver, Edward L. Weaver, an infant by Joseph J. Weaver his Guardian, Mary F. Weaver, an infant by Joseph J. Weaver widow of Joseph Weaver deceased as well as the said Charles A. Haden and Daniel N. Fulbright who join in this petition who represent that with the exception of said M. E. Weaver who is the widow of Joseph Weaver deceased who departed this life some time about the month of September in the year 1852 in sai! d County of Greene they hold in coparcenary the lands and real estate hereinafter mentioned which was seized and possessed as of an estate of inheritance by said deceased at the time of his death. That all your said petitioners except said widow said C. A. Haden and D. N. Fulbright & said Joseph W. Farrier are the children of said Joseph Weaver deceased. That said Joseph W. Farrier is the grandson of said decedent and the only child of Martha Jane Farrier who was the daughter of said decedent and who died about the month May 1852. Petition {in brief} requests equal shares of estate for children and grandson and widow accepts child’s portion instead of 1/3 to which she is entitled by law.
