Dated and filed 19 Jul 1852 In consideration of $2660.00 Give, Grant Bargain sell and convey....West half of Lot No. Two of the Northwest frl qr of Section No. four and the east half of Lot No. four of the Northeast frl qr of Section No. four also Lots Nos. three four and six and the west half of Lot No. five of the North east fractional qr and Lots Nos. four and five of the Northwest frl quarter of Section No. five and also the west half of Lot No four of the Northwest frl qr of Section No. three all in Township No. Twenty nine of Range No. Twenty two west, containing five hundred and sixty 80/100 acres more or less. State of Missouri, County of Greene. Be it remembered that on this 19th day of July A. D. 1852, personally appeared before the undersigned a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid, Joseph Weaver and Martha E. wife of the said Joseph Weaver who are personally known to me to the identical persons whose names are subscribed to the within instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed for the uses and purposes therein contained. And Martha E. Weaver, wife of the said Joseph Weaver being examined by me, seperate {sic} and apart from her said husband having been first interrogated and informed of the contents and nature thereof acknowledged that she executed and signed the same freely and voluntarily without compulsion or undue influence on the part of her said husband.
