I am working on the James P Anderson Family that moved to Greene County Missouri abt 1850. They were in the 1850 Census for Greene County Missouri. James Anderson was married to a Docia Campbell in Rutherford County Tennessee in 1845. I have not been able to find them except for the marriage in Tennessee before they came to Greene County Missouri. Anyone having any information on where they lived before Missouri I would appreciate hearing from you. In the 1850 Census James was born in Virginia. Docia was listed as born in North Carolina. According to some members of my family, James was from Halifax Co. Virginia. Look forward to hearing from anyone that can shed some light on this problem. Thank You Jerry Anderson
