Really, all this upset about the 30+ emails isn't necessary. I happen to know this person and she would never do it intentionally. I'm sure she just kept trying to send a message & the screen didn't look like it was accepting anything. This has happened to all of us. Everyone just relax. And by the way, this person has helped NUMEROUS people with their research, she has no problem with the list and wasn't cranky. We're all slaves to the cyber world & sometimes it gets the best of us!
