I am a direct descendant of the Turners from Turners Station. My father was born and raised there and I am the 3rd grest grandaughter of the below mentioned John and Edith Wester Turner. They had 13 children, 8 of them sons, all born in Roane Co, TN and all were born too early to qualify to be James Calvin Turner. I have researched this family for 20 years and don't think we have any unaccounted family members. There is no known James Calvin Turner in this particular Turner line. There were several other Turner families in Greene Co that were no relationship to this one. Good luck on your research.
