Moved to Springfield from Webster County in the 1920s. Male Barton descendents of Clifford E. Barton are needed to participate in the saliva DNA Barton studies as described at bartonsite.org and bartons.org. We are trying to sort out certain Scottish-Irish Thomas Barton families in colonial Orange County, North Carolina, of which these are descendents. Any family relatives may have information on Idaho and Washington state cousins of the same period.
