It was an early Post office and store for the area and there is a Turner cemetery (about 100 graves) which I have the readings for. The earliest Turner in it was John 9 Jul 1804 - 23 Mar 1862 and probable wife Edith 1 Jun 1809 - 3 Oct 1894 and between them Thomas H. 6 May 1843 - 19 Aug 1864 (possible son) and 3 other males and their families who were the right age to be sons of John they are C.C, Albert C. and Daniel Richard L.
