Lula Belle Spencer married Hershel Welch, brother of my grandmother, Arminda Minnie Welch. They also had a half-sister, Mary Annis Rowland. I believe Lula Belle's brother was James. He had a farm in Strafford and I remember visiting there when I was a child. There was also a Cora Spencer, but I'm not sure what her relationship was. I will be happy to check my records for more information.
