I need help!!! Does anyone know the names and/or locations of any nursing homes or skilled care facilities in Springfield in the 1940's, particularly, 1948? I have an address of a 441 N. Nettleton which is where my grandfather died. And the lady who gave the information for his funeral record is no relation. The funeral home said that he could have possibly been in a nursing home of some kind and she could have been an employee. Can anyone help me? Thanks! Kathi C. [email protected]
