Hello, I have only been able to follow one of the William Dennis children. Nancy who married Sidney Wheeler, then married Geo. Washington Smith before 1860, and was married to William Hendricks by 1870. The Hendricks family is found in Webster County in 1870. Sometime between the 1870 census and abt. 1876, William Hendricks brought this family to Sebastian County, Arkansas. There were Smith children from Nancy's second marriage, William Hendricks had children from his first marriage, and William and Nancy had children. Nancy and William are buried at Old Union Cemetery here in Sebastian County, Arkansas. I have been to this cemetery many times, and some of their children are also buried there. I will gladly share Nancy's line with you. I have just a little information on 2 other Dennis children, but I have not followed them. Calvin and Canzetta , her name maybe misspelled. These two children ended up in California. I have marriage dates for Nancys first and second marriages, but I have never been able to find the third marriage record. I would welcome any information you are able to share. Let me know if you are interested in knowing about Nancy. Thanks for writing, Wanda

I am searching for the obituary of Lemuel M. Brown, who died 5 April 1892, in Greene County, MO. Would appreciate any help. Mary-Fran (Brown) Eggemeyer
Understand that Alexander Blair may have uncle to Thomas Gillihan sons in 1840. The name Routh, Ruth also shows up in California. Have you come across any information on Blair?

My guess regarding the multiple emails is that either it was a RootsWeb glitch or the sender may have a computer virus affecting her address book. The address book is a common target of viruses. It would be a good idea to do a virus scan. ~Suz

Yep...the only reason I placed her on reject yesterday was to protect the list in case her computer wasn't done doing whatever it was up to. <g> --pig On 7/2/01 12:24 PM, "Jackie and Jerry Hart" <[email protected]> wrote: > Really, all this upset about the 30+ emails isn't necessary. I got those too, but if you really looked at them they were all different URL's so maybe she was trying to give us info. Wilcoxson, Wilcox, Mosher, Henney, Alspach, Gilbert, Streeter, Wood. Really, all this upset about the 30+ emails isn't necessary. I happen to know this person and she would never do it intentionally. I'm sure she just kept trying to send a message & the screen didn't look like it was accepting anything. This has happened to all of us. Everyone just relax. And by the way, this person has helped NUMEROUS people with their research, she has no problem with the list and wasn't cranky. We're all slaves to the cyber world & sometimes it gets the best of us! I agree, this could easily happen to someone. I tried to send a message to a list when I first started, and did not think it was going out, so sent it 5 times before I just gave up. This is a good list, so lets just give her the benefit of the doubt. Me too. They are different links to different sites. Albeit, one in the middle is advertising (grin). Anyway, I'll put them into my research sites file. Thank you to the person who sent them.
