If not are they far from each other. Perhaps a Pleasant Price? There is a "Price" buried in the Old Salem Cemetery not far from Owensville. He is buried near my ggg grandparents, Stephen & Margaret (Barclay) Spalding. One of the Spalding girls married a "Price." I found that info on a DAR application copy that I have on my Spalding line. The Price family was also connected to my "Lemons" family that came from Henry Co. VA. There were several families with that name that came to Gasconade Co. and a young Price boy worked on a farm in that area, per a census copy I have. But the Price names I've found on the census records of Gasconade Co. indicates they came from Virginia... Ellie Stites Swanger EllieSS@aol.com
