    3. Hello, I would like to apologize to anyone for whom I may have caused a problem when I had my computer virus. Just like everyone else I try to be very careful with my e-mails and which ones I open. This time I just opened the wrong one. Again I want to truly apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused anyone. Please accept my apology.
