I am looking for more information on the decendants of William REED(1825 Clay County, Kentucky - 1870 ?Gasconade County, Missouri) & Barbara KOSARK (Abt. 1846 Bohemia Austria, Germany - Bef. September 06, 1919). William Reed was the son of Randolph Reed & Rhoda Hollingsworth of the Ashe County, North Carolina area and who moved to Gasconade County, Missouri. Barbara was the daughter of Albert John Kosark & Mary Ann Desars of Bohemia, Austria, Germany. Here is a list of their known children: 1. Albert William REED born: 1864 2. John Thomas REED born: 1866 3. Mary Frances REED born: 20 FEB 1867 4. Charles Gustave REED 17 JUN 1869 From census research Appears as if John Reed lived with his maternal grandparents in 1876. His father William Reed died in 1870 after the census which was taken on July 11,1870. I have no clue as to what happened to John Reed or his maternal grandparents after this 1876 census. I have no idea what happened to his mother Barbara Kosark Reed or his other siblings after the 1870 census. Maybe Barbara Kosark Reed remarried after the death of her first husband.
