Sorry for the problems you are having.. when Yahoo took over webring.org they changed things and you need a yahoo ID in order to join the webrings. If you have a yahoo ID you sign in and then you go to the page to join the webring. If you do not have a yahoo ID you need to click on Sign me up! and fill out the sign up thing and after that you will get forwarded to the webring sign up page. What kind of problems did you have in signing up? Maybe I could help? Let me know..
