Just read in today's paper from Hermann that the deadline to get your family's history in the book has been extended until September 30, 2002. If I wasn't such an easy-going person, that could really tick me off since I busted my butt to meet the original July 30 deadline and had to drive the paperwork down to Hermann in person after dealing with slow-poke siblings to get the final finishing details. :-) They told me that day they already had about 1000 submissions (I think they said they had 1100 for the first book) and were expecting a few late mailed bios to dribble in.
