My mother, Jessie (Russell) Stites passed away about 4 AM this morning here at my home. She was the d/o Elmer Russell & Dora A. Sloan Russell. She was the wife of Ray E. Stites. Funeral services will be here in Colorado Springs on Wed... and if arrangements can be made, we plan to have a service in Belle, MO next Sat.and burial in the Memorial Cem. south of Owensville.
