Hi List, I am a new subscriber and just found an ancestor from Washington County, MO. Her name is Mrs. Margaret Clay Smith (or Schmitt). So far all I know is that she died at the age of 77 in Washington MO on Dec 18, 1905. She was catholic and was buried in the catholic cemetery according to her obituary in the Washington Citizen. I would appreciate any info on the family. I believe that she is the sister of my great-great-grandfather William Clay. The names of Dinsbacher and Foster are also listed in her obituary and that of William Clay, I belive they may be relatives also. Thanks in advance for your help.
