Dear Listers, The Franklin County Historical Society is in the process of setting up a long term lease with the Indian Prairie Farm Club for possession of the Indian Prairie rural school. This school looks very much like it did the last day classes were held, complete with slate chalkboards, desks, and even a large picture of George Washington to inspire success. I am in the process of creating a list of students and teachers. If you have any information to contribute, please contact me.
