    3. Sue, your e-mail about the Indian Prairie School renovation by the Franklin County Historical Society made me think of something different. Good luck on the project, btw -- I hope it is a success. The Jenny family homestead overlooked the Bourbeuse River south of Leslie. There was a log structure next to the road, at the top of the hill, at least through 1963, when my great-uncle Fritz Jenny passed away. My family went to the funeral. Some people in our family called it a log cabin, and others called it a barn. It might have been both, depending on the era. It was either two stories or it had a loft, and, if it was not lived in, it was probably used for blacksmithing and other farm activities. The structure is no longer there. One story is that a historical society came along and bought it, hauled it off, rebuilt it and is using it in some historical presentation. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I have no idea if it's the Franklin County group, or another group, or has no basis in fact. Any suggestions? Thanks! Best, Walter Jenny Jr. Edmond OK
