Last Will and Testament of George Fuchs I, George Fuchs, of Pacific, in the county of Franklin and state of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of the continuance of human life, do therefore make, ordain, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament. First – I order and direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Second – After the payments of these expenses, I give and bequeath to Marie, Francis, and Herman, children of my daughter Maggie Fuchs Potter, now deceased, the sum of one dollar each. Third – I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Fuchs Bukowsky, the sum of two hundred dollars. Fourth - I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie Fuchs Bukowsky, the sum of two hundred dollars. Fifth – I give and bequeath to my daughter Josephine all the residue of my estate, both real and personal, of whatever kind. Lastly – I make, constitute, and appoint my daughter Josephine to be executrix, without bond, of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal on this 15th day of October, in the year of our Lord, 1938.
