    3. __________________________________________________________________________ Born Mar 1817 died 4 Apr 1903 <center>Will of Erie Standifer</center> I Erie Standifer of the County of Franklin and State of Missouri do make and publish this as my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows. 1 st it is my will that all of my debts, if any, Should be paid. 2 -I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Harriet Standifer all of my personal property of evry kind and description including Money or Notes on hand as her absolute property I also will to Harriet Standifer the following Real Estate during her natural life. S E 1/4 N E sec 13 Tp 41_R, 1, E containing 40 acres, and the S W 1/4 of N W 1/4 of section 18 Tp 41-R 2 East-containing 37.-69/100. and, N 1/2. N W 1/4. of S W 1/4 of Section 18. Tp-41-R 2 East-containing 20 acres and after her death the above real Estate with what personal that still remains at her death sh hall.then descend undivided in equal chares to John Thomas Standifer Mary Ellen Standifer and Benjamin Standifer 3. I will unto my Son Wiley Standifer the following Real estate N W 1/4 S E 1/4 Sec 13 Tp 41-R 1 East-containing 40 acres 4th I will and bequeath unto my son A.P. Standifer S W 1/4 M E 1/4 of Sec 13 Tp 41-R 1 Easr-containing 40 acres and will make him a warrentee Deed to the Same bearing even date of this will 5th I willl and bequeath unto my Son Edward L Standifer the S E 1/4 N W 1/4 sec 13 TP41-R 1 East_containing 40 acres 6th I will and bequeath unto my daughter Francis Bardot- unto mu Son Erie Standifer and To my son Charles W. Standifer one Hundred Dollars each to be paid Novr 1st 1897 or as soon as convenient to my executors if the above bequests are not paid in my life time 7th I will and bequeaath unto Clarence Standifer Son of my son William Standifer the Sum of Fifty Dollars to be paid to him when he arrives at the age of 21 years and if he Should die before he arrives of age the above Fifty Dollars is to remain as personal property of my estate and be includedin my bequest unto my wife Harriet Standifer I also appoint John Thomas Standifer as my Executor of thei will Witess my hand and seal this 12th day of November 1896.
