I don't know if anyone answered your question yet or not, no one posted to the list, so I'm gonna put my two cents in. www.mapquest.com many times shows old towns that no longer exist. If you do a look-up for Boeuf Missouri, two things come up, one is Boeuf Creek Missouri. It is located just four to five miles from New Haven in Franklin County. The other is located north-east of the creek across the river in Warren County. My guess would be that what you are looking for was located at the junction of Boeuf Creek and Hwy 100.
