Inventory, Certificate and Affidavit Inventory of all the Real ad Personal Estate of William E. Halley deceased, late of Franklin Co, Missouri, describing the Quantity, situation and title of the Real Estate, the ooks and papers, the debts due to said deceased, the names of the debtors, the dates of the contracts, the amount of interest due, the rate of interest thereon and all personal property of whatsoever character Made by Arthur C. Pierce Administrator of said deceased, and J.E. Frossard and Jasper Meredith witness appoited to aid in making same. Dated at-------Mo., this 21st day of March 1912 To wit Sixty acres more or less being situated in Franklin County Missouri being the the West half of the North West quarter of Section Twenty Three Township Forty one Range one East containing 8 eighty acrres more or less, except Twenty acres sold to Sarah Ellen Boyse Being the north half of the west Half of the North West Quarter of Section Twenty Three Township Forty one Range one East. Also one promisory note given by Sarah Ellen Boyse and Secured by Deed of trust on the above described Twenty acres Date February 15th 1910 for the amount of Two Hundred Dollars Bearing eight Per Cent in paid in advance for two years. We the above Administrator and witnesses value the above Described Sixty acres of land at six Hundred Dollars $600.00. ### Application for Letters of Administration shows William E. Halley Srdied intestate in Franklin Co on 10th March 1910 leaving surviving No Widow and his only heirs being William E Halley Jr, son from Rock spring MO Eliza Pierce daughter of St Clair Mo Frank M. Halley Son of St Clair Mo Hannah Pierce daughter of St Clair Mo. the applicant, Arther C. Pierce of St Clair signed the application and O E Meyersieck. The Certificate of Witnesses was witnessed by J. E. Frossard and Jasper Merideth and J.W.
