    3. Dear Floreda, There were several newspapers operating in the county at that time and their coverage areas overlapped a great deal. It's possible that the Scenic Regional Library in Union would have microfilms of those papers. It's a sure bet that the State Historical Society of Missouri in Columbia will have copies of those papers, obits and all. Good luck in your research.
