I am searching for any contact that could share information on an (ELLA COWAN ) or (COAN), who first married a BARBAUD, then married a WILLIAM BANDERMAN. She is my grandfather's sister......I was told that her mother was ELIZABETH PHILLIPS, part Cherokee Indian, and I know her father was WILLIAM S.
