I will copy it as written and see what you come up with. "Family history of the family of David Shultz. David Weekley Shultz . Father of Francis and Robert Shultz and other children came from Germany with his parents when a small boy. and married mary Mclean. She being borned in Scotland. She being full blooded scotch. They moved from Weekly county, Tenn in 1822 and died near Hornersville about 1840. to their union was borned 9 children. Bettie, robert A. , F.M., Mack, Julia An, Calvin T. Chas B., Lottie, and Jim. Grandfather Shultz came from Germany and died at the age of 111 years being by great grandfather David Shultz my above grandfather died at the age of 90. T.J. Shultz this was taking from a statement of F.M. Shultz a short time before he died. Lance, this is as written. Now I have an F.M. Shultz that was living with T.J. on the 1920 census. He was born 11 June 1836 and died 19 Oct 1920. He was born in old Gainesville, Greene, Ark and died same place. His children were Thomas W. 1880-1942, R.C. Shultz (cullie), Murtie J., George L., William B., Edward P., and Perish. He probably was the son of David Weekly Shultz's F.M>. I don't think he was the son of David if you read the above statement. He referred to David as his grandfather and his greatgrandfather as David too. There was a David Shultz and David Shultz Jr living in Virginia around the 1790's to 1820's. Maybe??? My email address is [email protected] if you want to email direct. Also, don't know of any sheriff in Hornersville but Thomas Jeffersons son, Abner, was the sheriff in Kennett when I was a boy
