Hello, My great grandfather Jesse Langley was in out of Dunklin County, MO., and Greene County, Chalk Bluff, Arkansas. I noticed that in 1860 and 1870 there were other Langley's there as well. Jesse at last settled in Howell County, MO. in 1880. One of his sons was Erasmus Jasper Stocton Langley. There seems to of been a minster there at one time from Alabama whose name was Erasmus Jasper Stocton from Alabama.... I am looking for information on Langley folks in Dunklin County, MO.
