Wrightsville is a historical location 3 1/2 miles northwest of Clarkton. It is very near the Oak Grove Cemetery. Oak Grove has many older graves, including those from the 1880's that you are interested in. In addition, I would check the Stanfield Cemetery located just south of Clarkton on Hwy. 25. Also, Mt. Gilead Cemetery is located a couple miles north of Clarkton on Hwy. 25 and any of these could also have been utilized by area residents in the 1880's.
