My Sniders' were from Pike Co. MO. and also Pike Co. Illnois and farther back to Ohio.(I have Lon Roy Snider tree posted on Ancestry) My grandpa Lon Roy's father William was married to Louise(Emery). Census records list him as born in Ohio. I found their marriage cert. and it lists William's parents as William & Anna (Grove)from Ohio near Cincinatti. I do not know if William had any siblings. There were many Sniders in MO around the Mississippi river area but i still have yet to make a connection. Thanks for your prompt reply.Best of luck in your research.
