Mike Parrott officiating. Burial will be in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Campbell. The daughter of the late John Berry and Maretta Ann Damrons Dickens, she was born Oct. 7, 1907, in Salem, Ky. In 1927, in Campbell, she was married to Thomas C. Ward, he preceded her in death. In June of 1957, in Campbell, she was married to Rolla Perry, he preceded her in death. On Feb. 19, 1968, in Pacific, Mo., she was married to Fred E. Hancock, he also preceded her in death. She attended the Beechwell General Baptist Church. Mrs. Hancock died July 11, 1996, at the Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center, Kennett. Survivors include three sons: A. C. Ward, Steeleville, John T. Ward, Pacific, and Dowl Lee Ward, Campbell; one daughter, Rene Mae Mincemeyer, Union; two sisters: Lena Davis, Qulin, Ona Potter, Auxvasse, Mo., one brother, Tom Dickens, Poplar Bluff; 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Hancock was preceded in death by two sons: James A. and Thomas Edward Ward, two daughters: Deronda Kay and Gilda Jean Ward; two granddaughters, three brothers: Alfred, Eual and Dawsey Dickens; three sisters: Essie Dickens, Maudie Emerson and one in infancy. Visitation will be conducted this evening at the Landess Chapel, Campbell, at 6 o'clock.
