Here is what I have. Sarah Smith daughter of William Smith and Sophia? Sarah Smith was born 1834 in TN She married first William Hays and had John and Robert Hays. She married second T. Swinny and had Nancy Swinny who married Peter Shaffer. She married third Thomas Hurst and they had two children Sophia and Cassandra Hurst. Thomas Hurst was brother to my g/g/g grandfather. Thomas was married before Sarah his first wife was named Cassandra. Thomas was older then Sarah and he died in 1873. The last name is Hurst and was proven with the DNA project. The name has been spelled Hurst, Herst, Hurse, Herrs, Hust and Husk. I would be interested in knowing what you may know about the children of J. A. (Buddy ) Moore and Sophia Hurst.
