My Father was Virgil(Butch) Dewey Edwards and his Father was Ellis (or maybe Amos or Amios) Edwards. Dad's mother, Beatrice (or could have been Beater) nee Dowdy later married a man named Pyle. My Mother's maiden name is Eva Irene Davis; her father was John Davis and her mother was Ida nee Daniels. I understand my Grandmother (Ida)was either full or part Indian.
