They seemed to flit around a good bit, sometimes in Dunklin Co., Stoddard Co.or Clay Co. in Arkansas. I don't have all my info with me at the moment, but I'll post the names to see if anything rings a bell for someone. My grandpa was Joseph "Jody" Baker, married to Pearl Morrisett. They both died in the 1980's, so I have pretty much all the info on them. They lived in Campbell for years. I never knew him, but my grandpa had an older brother named Taylor Baker who also lived in in Dunklin County. My great granddad was George T. Baker, married to Desdemona Underwood. I believe he was born in Stoddard Co., but did live in Dunklin County some. He is buried in Clay County, Ark. George's dad was Michael Baker, married to Louisa (I think), and this is where the info starts getting pretty vague for me. Michael is the first generation to move to Missouri. He came from Tennessee, but not sure what part. Basically, I don't know much about him other than his name and the state he was born in. I think I got from somewhere that Michael's dad's name was John, but have no idea if that's true. Plus, I don't know now where that came from, so it's not reliable info.
