Was told that the marriage info shows Allie PREASLAR married Elvis W. PUGH on February 27, 1925 in Clay County, Arkansas. ( Book 13, Page 322 ) I can't seen to find her on the 1920 or 1930 census. I know that Elvis was in Dunklin Co, MO. I can't seem to find her in Clay Co, Ark. or Dunklin Co, MO. I'm trying to find out who her parents are. I have no birth date info on her either.
