My gGrandfather was Edward Gerard LILES b. abt. 1867 in Missouri. Supposedly his father was Silas LILES b. in Mo. The only Silas I can find is in the 1850 Andrew Co., Mo. Census, aged 7 years, Living with a WILLIS family. I have no idea of the relationship. He married Nancy E. STEPHENSON. The Stephenson's were from around Buchanan Co., Mo. and Atchison Co., Ks. area.
