Her name was Millie and she was born to Ellen (Ella) Eddings. Ellen was not married at the time of Millie's birth. She later married Newt Fulton when Millie was about 2 years old. They lived in or near Ava, Mo. until between 1910 and 1920 when they moved to Oklahoma. I would appreciate any information.
