Linda - I think I misread your original question. There is a John Henry Wood buried in Mt Ararat Cemetery: John Henry Wood Jan 8, 1873 - Apr 15, 1865 He is beside Christena May Wood Oct 31, 1876 - Sept 19, 1960 I feel pretty confident in the dates as we took two separate readings of each cemetery to make sure we had not misread dates and names. My apologies for the confusion, Laine > Laine, Thanks for the info. We knew that Sarah and Henry were buried there > they are my 3great grandparents. John was their son and he was bushwacked > in 1860's. No record of where he is buried but we suspect it was in same > cemetery as parents.
