Mrs. Vivian E. CALE TREGRE, 23, of New Orleans was dead on arrival Sunday, Jan. 1, (1967) at Oschner Hospital there from injuries received in a two-car accident. Her brother, Allan CALE, 21, of 1890 N. Campbell, Springfield, remains in critical condition at Oschner where he is being treated for a concussion and broken left leg. He had been visiting his sister during the holiday. After graduation from Hillcrest, Mrs. TREGRE attended Sacramento State College for a year and in 1963 attended TOURO Nursing Infirmary in New Orleans. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Mrs. TREGRE was born in Madison, WI. Surviving are her husband, Marcy; her mother, Mrs. Beryle CALE, Springfield; her father, John W. CALE, Jr., Norwood; her brother, Allan, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John CALE, Sr. of Norwood and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. BURKE of Norwood. Note: Beryle Opal BURKE CALE was the daughter of Thomas Logan BURKE and Myrtle Georgia LAWRENCE of Douglas County.
