He was born 5-31-1827 in Tennesse and died 11-4-1912 in Missouri. He was a US Army Chaplin during the Civil War. I know he was married twice. His first wife was Sally Campbell. They had three sons Bill, Luke and Henry. He then married Sarah Jane Klock/Clock (my gg grandmother)on 11-20-1870. They had 7 children. George, Esther, Arthur, Rose, Lou Ella, James & Louis. They are both buried in a tiny family cemetary. The cemetary has both of them and three of their Johnson grandchildren who died in infancy. My g grandmother was born in Indiana. She and her husband Originally homesteaded in or closely around Douglas County, Missouri.
